Aram Residential Tower
Aram residential building has been designed for a land covering 1300 square meters in Velenjak. It includes 11 floors above the ground floor and 3 floors under the ground, and every floor has one unit, each of which is 600 square meters in size. This tower has a swimming pool, gym, meeting room, billiard room and squash court .

The façade and interior space of the tower have been designed based on modern Rococo architectural style, which is a style in architecture and decoration originated in France and represents the evolution of Baroque era in the middle of the 18th century in modernizing
Europe. In Iran, it is known as Roman style because this style is close to Baroque era whose origin is Italy, and after being originated in France during King Louis the sixteenth, it was developed in Italy, Austria and Germany.

Rococo style influenced different artistic aspects of life including painting, sculpture, architecture, interior design, decoration and literature, and using asymmetrical elements and large-scale design in magnificent and impressive space have been the characteristics of this style since its beginning in Paris. In addition, applying main elements of sculpturing and elegant plaster works and emphasizing on gold color, painting and other decorative arts are other notable features of buildings with Rococo architectural style.
