Buka office building has been designed for a land covering 1300 square meters. It includes 8 floors above the ground floor and 2 floors under the

ground. Each floor is 1000 square meters in size and has two units. The total area of the building is 8000 square meters. Using concrete and glass on the façade of the building and avoiding too many ornaments are the notable features of the modern architecture of this building. In addition, since the building is located beside the express way and viewers move along the horizon, horizontal elements were used in the design to provide visual companionship
