This building with the total area of 7650 square meters includes 9 floors above the ground floor and 4 floors under the ground, and every floor has two commercial units, each of which is 400 square meters in size. Some space has been allocated to restaurants and commercial activities on every floor. The tall and wide windows facing north and south have provided maximum natural light and wide view of the outside space, helping to improve employees’ motivation and productivity.

Negar office building has been designed for a land covering 400 square meters on Jordan Street. It includes 5 single-unit floors above the ground floor and 2 floors under the ground, each of which is 200 square meters in size, and the total building area is 2000 square meters. Considering the location of the building, the façade has been designed in a way to allow for the maximum natural light so that the employees can get the most energy from the sun.

Aramis commercial building has been designed in a land covering 1550 square meters for commercial and recreational activities. It has a 500-squaremeter restaurant with an extraordinary 360-degree view on the roof which provides almost a unique opportunity to observe the mountains in the north, east and south-east of the capital. This building has been designed to have 13 floors, 6 of which were allocated to offices, and 3 of which were considered for commercial activities. There is an amusement park, three movie theaters, 5 food courts, 27 stores and 150 parking spaces on the ground floor. The materials used in the design and construction of this building are similar to the most luxurious buildings in district one of Tehran.

This apartment has been redesigned with a minimalistic modern approach. The interior design of this unit was based on simplicity to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for the residents. Using concrete and glass on the façade of the building and avoiding too many ornaments are the notable features of the modern architecture of this building. In addition, since the building is located beside the express way and viewers move along the horizon, horizontal elements were used in the design to provide visual companionship

Tabiat Holding office building has been designed for a land covering 580square meters. It includes two separate blocks with 6 floors above the ground floor, 2 floors under the ground and a central yard connecting two blocks on the ground floor.The design of the façade and interior space of the building is based on using glass which provides enough light during the day and increases the sense of being sociable and motivated to work.

Hasht commercial building has been designed for a land covering 30000 square meters. It includes 7 commercial floors, one floor for hypermarket and 5 floors for common areas. This building has restaurants, food court, amusement park, game net, server room, parking, commercial warehouses and restrooms. The notable features of the design of this building are the structure, form and lighting of the facade.
