Arana garden tower has been designed for a land covering 10 thousand square meters. It includes three independent towers next to each other with 25 floors and a common lobby. The building number is the sea one. On the lower floors, there are smaller units with different plans, and on the higher ones, there are fewer but larger units. On one of the higher floors, there is a bridge that connects three towers to each other

Rococo style influenced different artistic aspects of life including painting, sculpture, architecture, interior design, decoration and literature, and using asymmetrical elements and large-scale design in magnificent and impressive space have been the characteristics of this style since its beginning in Paris. In addition, applying main elements of sculpturing and elegant plaster works and emphasizing on gold color, painting and other decorative arts are other notable features of buildings with Rococo architectural style.

Armida modern garden tower has been designed for a land covering 27200 square meters with 45 floors above the ground floor in the coastal city of Motel Ghoo. The unique ideas applied in this tower include an independent outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in each unit and every floor. In addition, having large terraces facing the sea and forest along with private swimming pools provides the opportunity to benefit the most from a coastal city. The area of each unit in this garden tower ranges from 550 to 750 square meters, and the total area of all the units is 340 thousand square meters.

Kohsaar’s project has been designed for a land covering 2900 square meters in Zafaranieh. It includes 24 floors, and the total area of the building is 36000 square meters. Eight floors under the ground floor include volleyball and tennis courts, meeting rooms, industrial kitchen, tropical jungle room, bowling hall, home cinema, music room, dry-cleaners, mechanical and electrical facilities, warehouse, 186-car parking, children’s play room, beauty salon, swimming pool and water entertainments, massage room, Turkish bath and salt room. Considering that the slope of the ground is north-south facing, the first floor under the ground floor gets direct light from the south. A part of the lobby and water entertainments complex are located on the first floor under the ground floor. The lobby on the north side of the building, management room, doctor’s office and a part of the water entertainments are located on the ground floor. There are fifteen residential floors with the total area of 17000 square meters including ten duplexes, each of which is 350 square meters in size, twenty 390-square-meter units on the first to 10th floors, eight 600-square-meter units on the 11th to 14th floors, and a penthouse with an area of 860 square meters and a 500-square-meter terrace with a private pool on the 15th floor. The common area of each floor is 200 square meters and includes 5 elevators, two staircases on each floor and the common waiting area which is connected to the private open space and green space of each residential floor. It includes 11 modern single-unit floors above the ground floor and 5 floors under the ground, and each unit is 400 square meters in size. There are protrusions and depressions on the façade of the building to make it look more attractive, which has affected the dining room wall and the terrace as well as the area of each floor

Royal residential tower has been designed for a land covering 1200 square meters. It includes 11 floors above the ground floor and 5 floors under the ground, and every floor has two units, each of which is 320 square meters in size.
