Negar office building has been designed for a land covering 400 square meters on Jordan Street. It includes 5 single-unit floors above the ground floor and 2 floors under the ground, each of which is 200 square meters in size, and the total building area is 2000 square meters. Considering the location of the building, the façade has been designed in a way to allow for the maximum natural light so that the employees can get the most energy from the sun.
